Account Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting/financial

• Knowledge in Auto count accounting software
• Able to read and speaking in Mandarin will be take advantage
• To assist the Finance Manager and supervise daily Accounts Department Operations.
• To supervise your subordinates in the areas of generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc.
• Prepare timely full set of accounts and management reports.
• Ensure all accounting entries are correctly posted on timely basis.
• Responsible on monthly Stock reports and inter-company billings.
• Handle daily operational decision relating to accounting, cash flow, taxation and credit control.
• Liaise with banker and negotiate for the best forex currency quote, to submit application of Telegraphic Transfer, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, and Bankers Acceptance to the bank.
• Prepare Profit & Loss Analysis, Balance Sheet and Cash flow within stipulated timeframe with applicable accounting standards.
• Generate monthly management reports in accordance with approved Accounting Standards.
• Responsible for yearly financial closing by printing the necessary reports for auditor.
• Any other task assigned by superior or management from time to time
