about the job

As the first dedicated TA & Employer Branding Specialist, you will be the architect of the firm's human capital function in Malaysia. This is a "Founding" role; you will operate as a sole contributor with the autonomy to build recruitment strategies, HR processes, and employer branding initiatives from the ground up.
You will manage the full-cycle talent acquisition for diverse roles across Sales, Operations, and R&D, coordinating hiring efforts across the Malaysia, China, and HK hubs. This is not a maintenance role—it is a mission to build a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment where you will shape the culture, identify top tech talent, and elevate the firm's visibility in the competitive cybersecurity market.
