Relevant corporate finance experience min 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance / ACCA certification
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office , Autocount and Xeersoft
- Hands-on experience in leading and guiding team members
- Interpersonal skill need to be able to work well across departments like sales, purchasing, operations.
- Independent and strong problem solving skills.
- Financials reporting, reconcialiation, month-end closing processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Work closely with Group FC in overseeing group of companies accounts in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Preparation of financial statements and familiar with intercompanies transactions reporting
- Assist in tax and tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit standards, and corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance and systems controls
- Train and guide junior staffs
