- Strong understanding of fabrication, installation workflow, and site coordination
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Highly responsible, self-driven, and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong problem-solving mindset (able to fix root issues, not just symptoms)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and system-thinking individual
- Experience in setting up SOP / improving factory systems & familiar with digital tools / AI (ChatGPT, Excel automation, etc.) to improve efficiency will be added advantage
- Oversee daily factory operations (production, manpower, scheduling, quality control)
- Coordinate closely with project team, procurement & site to ensure smooth workflow
- Plan and optimize production efficiency, material usage, and delivery timelines
- Implement and improve SOP, workflow systems, and reporting structure
- Monitor cost control, wastage, and productivity
- Lead and manage factory workers, supervisors, and coordination with subcontractors
