- Oversee daily factory operations (production, manpower, scheduling, quality control)
- Coordinate closely with project team, procurement & site to ensure smooth workflow
- Plan and optimize production efficiency, material usage, and delivery timelines
- Implement and improve SOP, workflow systems, and reporting structure
- Monitor cost control, wastage, and productivity
- Lead and manage factory workers, supervisors, and coordination with subcontractors
