Internship For Human Resource - Kajang

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.

Language: English, Mandarin, BM.

Good in communication in written and verbal.

• Responsible to perform full cycle of recruitment of internship students.
• Assists to screen and filter quality candidate.
• Research and propose new recruitment channel to management from time-to time
• Assists to do talent searching/headhunting job.
• Assists to support recruitment activity such as strategic partnerships with University/College in internship program.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Assisting in scheduling interviews
• Learning about different hiring strategies and platforms
• Understanding workplace dynamics
• Supporting employee engagement activities
• Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Managing employee records and databases
• Drafting HR documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
• Handling leave applications and attendance tracking
• Supporting team communication and HR campaigns
• Boosting communication, problem-solving, and multitasking
• Gaining confidence through teamwork and real-world exposure
