  • - Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with a diverse workforce and clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR-related documentation.
  • Experience or knowledge of recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with the onboarding process.
  • Proficient data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain accurate employee information and HR records.
  • Familiarity with employee onboarding procedures and a willingness to assist in creating a welcoming and informative onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
