Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources:
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.
- Payroll & Records: Process monthly payroll, maintain employee files, and handle attendance tracking.
- Compliance & Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle staff grievances, and manage contract renewals.
- Office Administration:
- Operations: Oversee general administrative tasks, office supplies inventory, and facility management.
- Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, courier services, and front-desk activities.
- Communication: Handle internal and external communication and maintain office security procedures.
- Certificate/ Diploma / or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, accounting , or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or accounting administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
