To support our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Assistant cum HR (Payroll) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities :-- Assist full set of accounts by data entry to accounting system
- Assist closing accounts payable, accounts receivable by daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Assist bank reconciliations to verify cash / credit cards / QR transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Administer monthly payroll, wages, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) ; prepare payroll summaries.
- Maintain and update employee records (leave, claims, attendance, documentation).
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent in the related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, and payroll. (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
- Male, or Female with aged below 35 years.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.
