Account Assistant cum HR (Payroll) - George Town

(Location: Kg Pelet, Kubang Semang, Pulau Pinang)

Pakteh Fruits is a one stop centre for a variety of fruit from around the world. Business started since 1957, and has been established for incoperated since 2023. Our mission to help people life healthy with fresh fruits benefit.

To support our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Assistant cum HR (Payroll) to join our team.

1. Assist full set of accounts by data entry to accounting system
2. Assist closing accounts payable, accounts receivable by daily, weekly, or monthly.
3. Assist bank reconciliations to verify cash / credit cards / QR transactions and identify discrepancies.
4. Administer monthly payroll, wages, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) ; prepare payroll summaries.
5. Maintain and update employee records (leave, claims, attendance, documentation).
6. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

1. Minimum Diploma, or equivalent in the related field
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, and payroll. (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
3. Male, or Female with aged below 35 years.
4. Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Able to work collaboratively in a team.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.

Salary RM 1,700 to RM 2,500 per month
