  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies: Formulate and execute strategies to promote our services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  2. Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators: Consistently deliver on sales targets while maintaining high standards of performance, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, gaining insights into their branding needs and providing customized solutions to address them.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Proactively seek out and capitalize on new opportunities for business growth, including conducting outdoor client visits and engaging in strategic prospecting.
  5. Conduct effective outdoor client visits and meetings: Present sales pitches, proposals, and negotiate contracts in face-to-face meetings, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with client expectations.
  6. Build and expand your own client base constantly: Independently generate leads, cultivate relationships, and expand your client base through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
  7. Provide comprehensive sales reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts, offering valuable insights to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging branding practices to remain competitive and adapt strategies accordingly.
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities: Represent the company at industry events and networking functions, leveraging opportunities to promote our services and expand our network.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) to collaborate with diverse clients and teams.
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to attend clients outdoors at their company to pitch sales.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
