Sales Consultant（Image&Branding）

What You Need to Have:

• Ambition to earn -You understand that in sales, income has no ceiling
• Resilience -You are not afraid of rejection and can follow through until closing
• Strong sense of responsibility -You take ownership of clients from start to finish (including photo selection and client satisfaction)
• Interest in image / photography / aesthetics -Not just selling, but guiding with taste and perspective
• Confidence in communication -You lead the client, not the other way around

• 2–3 years of sales experience (service industry / education / creative industry preferred)
• Basic communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle clients independently (from inquiry → closing → delivery)
• Basic computer skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Interest or experience in photography, styling, or branding
• Experience in high-ticket sales (RM5K – RM20K and above)
• Multilingual communication skills (Mandarin / English )

As a Brand Consultant, you are more than a salesperson. You will:

1. Close Deals

• Promote branding, corporate image, and photography services
• Manage clients from inquiry to closing

1. Guide Clients (Key Differentiator)

• Assist clients in selecting photos (not just letting them choose randomly)
• Provide professional advice on image, style, and usage，You are a consultant, not an order-taker

1. Build Client Relationships

• Develop long-term clients (repeat business & referrals)
• Enhance client trust and satisfaction

1. Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with photography, styling, and design teams
• Ensure smooth project execution

• High commission structure (your income is directly tied to your performance)
• Exposure to business owners and high-value clients
