- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another related field
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred language: English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Conducting regular audits and physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy of stock levels.
- Investigating and reconciling any discrepancies between physical and system records.
- Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of inventory control procedures.
- Generating inventory reports and analyzing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Providing support and guidance on inventory management best practices.
- Prepare audit reports, highlight findings with practical recommendations to the management
- Perform follow up on implementation of management's corrective actions for audit findings
- Perform ad-hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required.
