You will manage student enrollment, optimize scheduling, and foster strong customer relations to ensure a thriving learning environment. As a leader, you will motivate and develop your team, driving performance and achieving center goals.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations of the center, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enrollment Management: Manage student enrollment processes, optimize class scheduling, and enhance the overall student experience.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with parents and students, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teaching and operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Program Delivery: Ensure the seamless delivery of our coding and STEM programs, maintaining high standards of educational quality.
• Marketing and Outreach: Drive marketing initiatives, plan and execute events, and conduct outreach activities to expand our reach and impact (with HQ support).
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report progress, results, and key performance indicators to headquarters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the learning center, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment for students.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and increase enrollment at the learning center.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of instructors and other staff members.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Manage the center's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly documented.
