Sales Executive (e-commerce ERP System）

• Commission range with no cap on earnings.
• Diploma holder; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English as working language. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in customer relationship management, negotiation, lead generation, sales and closing deals.
• Responsible for developing new sales opportunities and maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
• Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and achieve sales targets effectively.

• Actively seek potential clients through various channels (e.g., ecommerce platforms, phone calls, emails, social media, etc.) and conduct initial screening.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value and advantages of the products to clients.
• Achieve sales targets, regularly report on sales progress, and adjust sales strategies based on market feedback.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., implementation team, customer service team) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Timely update sales data and customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.PS: Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in e-commerce ERP, ERP, or enterprise software.
