Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin

• Possess minimum Diploma or above
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing your proficiency in real estate or property-related projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and the ability to translate property features into compelling visual narratives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Drone Footage Integration: Incorporate stunning aerial footage captured by our drone team to provide unique perspectives and showcase the surrounding neighborhood and amenities.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, incorporating their feedback to ensure that the final product exceeds expectations.
