We thrive on strategy-driven creativity and data-informed insights, helping our clients stand out in competitive markets.
The Role
We’re looking for a Videographer & Video Editor who can take projects from brief to final export. In this role, you’ll plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social, web, campaigns, and ads. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and media teams to craft stories that are visually engaging, on-brand, and optimised for each platform.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production & Concepting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
- Participate in client briefings; translate objectives into clear treatments and technical approaches.
- Scout locations, schedule shoots, and prepare call sheets, permits, and logistics.
Production (On-Set):
- Operate equipment to capture interviews, product, lifestyle, food, and travel content.
- Direct talent and manage small crews to achieve desired look and performance.
- Ensure proper data wrangling: backups, file naming, and media management on shoot days.
- Maintain and care for all equipment; troubleshoot on set.
- Travel as needed to capture on-site footage and photography.
Post-Production (Editing):
- Edit end-to-end in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects: assembly, rough cut, fine cut, and final delivery.
- Support the creative team to add basic motion graphics and basic VFX in After Effects (titles, lower thirds, transitions, simple product animations).
- Perform colour correction and grading; apply LUTs and match shots for visual consistency.
- Mix and clean audio (noise reduction, EQ, compression); source and license music and SFX per brief.
- Version and optimise exports across platforms (e.g., 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16; captions, safe areas, bitrates, codecs).
- QC all outputs for technical accuracy, brand compliance, and performance readiness.
Content Optimisation & Delivery:
- Optimise video and photo assets for fast loading and quality user experience across social, web, and ad platforms.
- Organise project files, proxies, and archives; maintain a clean, reusable asset library.
- Prepare deliverables with correct naming conventions, thumbnails, subtitles, and metadata.
Collaboration & Client Interaction:
- Present edits, gather feedback, and iterate efficiently within agreed timelines.
- Align with strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure content meets campaign goals and KPIs.
- Stay current on platform trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube) and emerging production techniques.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing (agency/in-house content studio is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent motion tools).
- Strong camera operation skills, lighting setups, and on-set audio capture.
- Basic photography skills for social content.
- Solid understanding of colour, composition, pacing, and narrative structure.
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating projects from concept to final export across multiple formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable taking direction and giving on-set guidance.
- Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple jobs and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends based on production schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video/Multimedia or related field is preferred but not required.
- Work with dynamic brands across diverse industries.
- Be part of a creative and strategy-driven team.
- Opportunity to shape brand narratives and drive meaningful impact.
- A collaborative, learning-first culture with room to stretch your craft.
