Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, sales progress dashboards, and internal performance summaries
  • Track progress of client projects, ensure timelines are followed and alert relevant parties on delays or updates
  • Support onboarding for new clients and documentation management (e.g., contracts, agreements)
  • Assist in preparing materials for digital marketing pitches and basic client servicing
  • Ensure all client-related activities are logged and organized for easy reference by the sales team
  • Work closely with sales and strategy team to align on lead follow-ups and campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and coordination abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), CRM tools, and project trackers
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in admin/sales coordination are encouraged to apply
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing digital environment
