Internship Business Development Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to impactful, real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct markert research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
Prepare and send intoductory emails, proposals, and follow up communications to prospects.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and identify new opportunities in the eco-product sector.
Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing timely updates, gathering feedback, and supporting order processing.
Organize and maintan sales records, contracts, and meeting notes; schedule appointments and prepare presentation materials.
Support logistics and materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Update and manage customer relationship managment tools to track leads, interactions, and progress by CRM systems.
Work closely with the team to align sales activities with campaign goals.
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
Interest in environmental sustainability and green technologies.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
