Senior Account Executive

Min. education requirement: Bachelor Degree

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in related field.
• Aggressive and committed to work.

• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensure accounting records comply with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
• Data entry to ensure all the financial information is accurately capture in the accounting system
• Prepare full sets of accounts, handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable and collections
• Ensure petty cash transactions are properly recorded and monitored
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Perform payment processing function such as preparing banking transactions
• Perform costing and financial analysis
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and present
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
• Respond to inquiries from team members regarding departmental budgets, disbursement, and reporting requests
• Ensure a standardised cash management system is executed and practiced
• Developing a company’s financial and accounting policies, workflows, and methods after consultations with the managing director
• Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies
• Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiation
• Maintain a proper filing system for accounting records and related documents
