Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with Mandarin-speaking parents and students.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other staff members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Display exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Possess a high level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Willingness to work onsite at our Batu Pahat location and adapt to the working hours required by a tuition center environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the values and reputation of Pusat Tuisyen Bijak Bestari.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our tuition programs and services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary, while maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Process student registrations, manage enrollment changes, and handle payment transactions accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all education centre programs, policies, and promotions to effectively communicate with prospective and current customers.
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff and administrative team to ensure seamless delivery of services and a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and participate in promotional events to attract new students and enhance the center's reputation.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
