IT-Senior Project Implementor

Axcelasia Roots Sdn Bhd, our GRC software solutions business unit, is currently sourcing for talents for the IT-Senior Project Implementor position.

Job Responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Tracking milestones and timelines across various projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation e.g. Client’s Requirements Functional Specification Document (FSD) & Training Materials.
• Manage risks and issues that may impact the deliverables of a project.

• Managing client expectations for project deliverables.
• Report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• To provide product training to Corporate End User.
• To attend the raised issue within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Establish strong information feedback on Client needs.

• Must possess Bachelor’s Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Project Management or its equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in related fields.

• Proactive and positive nature.
• Must possess management, good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Malay.
• Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
• Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
