F&B Supervisor

Accounts background restaurant supervisor to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable.
- Stationed at cashier to receive payment and do closing sales daily.
- At least 3 years of F&B experience will be an advantage
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Key responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
- To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with book keeping.
- Ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Arrange staffs’ working schedule and manage staffs.
- Prepare customers’ booking on time so that kitchen has enough time for preparation.
- Maintain good relationship with customers.
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- To handle accounts and cash flow management
- To handle accounts receivables and account payables
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Submit tax forms
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Standby at cashier and do closing daily.
- Manage staffs and arrange staffs schedule.
- Maintain good customers service.
- Ensure clean & comfortable working environment.
- Response to booking immediately.
- Create a healthy working environment as a leader.
