- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting moderate weights.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with locating products.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing change.
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with merchandise, ensuring products are fresh, properly rotated (FIFO), and attractively presented.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash and debris.
- Monitor product quality and expiration dates, removing expired or damaged items from shelves and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting stock, recording inventory levels, and participating in stocktaking activities.
