SPM holder with relevant experience

  • Fresh Diploma / Degree holder
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is an added advantage.
  1. Client Order Management

Handle client inquiries and assess manpower availability to determine order fulfillment capacity.

Liaise with Sales Personnel for resolution if orders cannot be met within the requested timeframe.
  1. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Manage and monitor flight arrangements and client activities including shipment scheduling and tracking.

Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with company standards for storage, handling, and transportation.
  1. Quality Assurance & Delivery Planning

Develop and implement Quality Plans to meet internal standards and client expectations.

Prepare Daily Delivery Plans and assign tasks to Operators to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Respond to client complaints professionally and work toward swift resolution.
  1. Communication & Cross-Department Collaboration

Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and prevent operation disruptions.

Support the Admin Department with inquiries related to On-Board Courier (OBC) operations.
  1. Documentation & Reporting

Ensure accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and reports.

Report operational performance to management regularly and suggest process improvements.

Maintain training records in line with Training Procedures and compliance standar
