Familiar with e-commerce live-streaming processes and techniques; understand consumer psychology to effectively drive conversions and encourage viewers to place orders.
Demonstrate a strong sales and customer-service mindset; able to provide professional purchasing advice and consultation to customers.
Patient, responsible, and adaptable to the fast-paced live-streaming environment; highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
Fresh graduates and beginners with a strong passion for live sales are welcome to apply! Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.
Engage with viewers in real-time during live streaming sessions, answering questions and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Effectively demonstrate and promote products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and promotional strategies for live streaming events.
Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and efficiently during and after live streams.
