- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Handle daily administrative operations and office coordination.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and customer records.
- Coordinate with sales team, designers, suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Follow up on customer payments and update records accordingly.
- Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.
- Assist management with reports and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
