Senior Account Executive

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our business team. In this role, you will support the Account Leads in developing digital solutions and clear goals for our clients. As the go-to contact, you will coordinate in execution of projects, learn to work with a variety of stakeholders whilst fostering your knowledge of the client’s business and liaise with cross-functional internal teams.This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Client Management- Day-to-day client management, maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure effective communication
- Clear understanding and decoding of client feedback and response required
- Manage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clients
- Writing and circulating meeting agendas, contact reports and updating WIP documents.
- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Coordinate and manage the process of projects closely from brief to delivery
- Manage the budget and timelines on your projects, and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers and delivery up to date
- Self-driven, organised and have an eye for detail
- A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems
- Proficient in both spoken and written English language
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
- Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Exhibit passion and curiosity for digital marketing and emerging trends in social, mobile, product and service innovation as the industry evolves
