We are a dynamic and fast-growing FMCG beauty brand headquartered in China, committed to clean beauty, innovation, and global scalability. As part of our international expansion, Malaysia serves as a key Southeast Asian regional hub, supporting strategic growth across ASEAN markets.
To fuel our talent pipeline, we are launching a 12–18 month Management Trainee Program based in Malaysia, with rotations across Product Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), and E-commerce.
Program Overview
This structured program is designed to groom high-potential young professionals into future leaders of the business. You will gain cross-functional exposure, work on high-impact projects, and be mentored by the Global CEO and senior leaders.
At the end of the program, successful candidates will be offered Manager-level roles, based on performance, career interests, and business needs—either in Malaysia or other Southeast Asian markets.
Rotation Tracks- Product Marketing
- Key Account Management (Modern Trade / Beauty Retailers)
- E-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Rotation- Assist in localising product launch strategies and executing integrated campaigns
- Support influencer engagement, branding, and market research
- Monitor trends and consumer behavior to support data-driven decisions
- Assist KAMs with joint business planning and promotional activities
- Track retail sales performance and coordinate with merchandising teams
- Support execution of in-store activations and planograms
- Operate and optimize brand presence on e-commerce platforms
- Plan digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics
- Coordinate product listings, content, pricing, and customer engagement
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
We are looking for future leaders with strong commercial instincts and growth mindsets.- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university
- High CGPA (minimum 3.5/4.0 or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or volunteer activities
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (required to liaise with HQ in China)
- Passionate about the beauty industry, FMCG trends, and digital platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Open to regional mobility across Southeast Asia in future roles
