Ampang Jaya - Internship Management Trainee Intern

We’re offering a Management Trainee Internship for highly motivated individuals who want to understand how different departments operate in a dynamic training company. You'll be exposed to real projects, rotation across departments, and strategic thinking.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, or any related field.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in various business functions.
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Responsible, self-driven, and detail-oriented.

• Support daily operations across departments such as marketing, events, admin, and client servicing.
• Participate in department meetings and assist in project planning.

• Assist with data entry, reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Prepare materials or documents as needed by department heads.

• Help manage specific internal projects and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate between teams to ensure task alignment and progress tracking.

• Compile and present research, findings, or process improvements.
• Support managers in evaluating and monitoring business performance.

Internship Allowance - RM 800 - RM1000.00

Meal Allowance - RM250.00
