We are a well established beauty saloon company, currently we're expanding and seeking for a talent to join our marketing team who are strong in digital marketing;

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand objectives and drive growth product lines.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and manage engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product information is communicated effectively.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility for key product categories.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with professional users, DIY enthusiasts, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and industry trends, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote new products, special offers, and educational content.
  • Segment email lists to target specific customer groups and personalize communications.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, marketing & advertising industries.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and delivering results across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiar with social media: Meta, XHS, Tiktok and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
  • Able to read and write in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
