We are looking for an Admin & Operations Executive to join our Projects Team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable working afternoons, evenings, and selected weekends based on programme schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor online tutorial and mentorship sessions
- Track student attendance and engagement
- Generate operational and attendance reports
- Coordinate communications with students and schools
- Manage schedules, trackers, and deployment sheets
- Support tutors, mentors, and project leads
- Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools
- Diploma / SPM with minimum 5 years relevant experience, OR
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Strong command of Bahasa Melayu and English
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience in admin / operations / education support roles
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Hybrid

- Afternoon to night shifts
- Weekend support required based on project needs
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience in:
- Education projects
- Tuition / training operations
- Programme coordination
- Student engagement support
