Human Resources Manager (Work from Home, RM 5K-7K) - Ampang Jaya

• Manage, coordinate, follow up and resolve warehouse matters with service providers, vendors, park management and legal team.
• Source and coordinate with partners for operations matters, including onboarding, agreement, attendance matters, claims and terminations.
• Monitor and manage warehouse security, safety, operation and 4S protocols and procedures to ensure secure and ongoing operations.
• Manage employee attendance, performance and payroll matters.
• Manage on-site admin to process warehouse, operation and guest visiting related matters.
• Communicate with China HQ to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform tasks assigned by superior from time-to-time.
• Candidate must hold at least Bachelor and above qualification in Human Resources, Management or related fields.
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Experience at managerial position. Experiece working with director is a plus.
• Ability to act fast with strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or fulfillment.
• Work Schedule and Location:

Remote work, 5 days per week. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
