Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (Hospitality/Tourism is a plus)
- Good command of English (additional languages is an advantage)
- Must have C1 Mandarin level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and handle high volume of inquiries
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking/reservation systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center is a plus (but not required!)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat regarding reservations and bookings
- Assist customers with booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and special requests
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, promotions, and policies
- Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently in the system
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, partners) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and completion
