Sales Coordinator / Order Fulfillment Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Diploma or above (International Trade, Logistics, or Language majors preferred)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Must be able to work long-term in Kuala Lumpur
• Manage the full order cycle: PO placement, production follow-up, delivery tracking, and shipping coordination
• Act as a liaison between international customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with customer satisfaction surveys, feedback handling, and post-shipment issues
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Basic salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,500 (based on experience and interview performance)
• Performance bonuses with no cap – higher performance, higher earnings
• Mentorship by senior; early target achievement may lead to company-sponsored trips
