We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented **Indoor Sales Coordinator** to assist our sales team and guarantee efficient daily operations. The perfect candidate will handle sales inquiries, create quotes, manage orders, and deliver outstanding support to customers as well as the sales team.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with the planning, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, and scheduling
