We are seeking a driven and client-focused Bancassurance Specialist to support customers in achieving their financial protection and long-term financial goals.

In this role, you will work closely with bank customers to understand their needs and provide tailored advisory, while building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to understand customers’ protection and financial objectives
  • Provide professional advisory and recommend suitable insurance and protection solutions aligned with clients’ goals
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of bank customers through consistent relationship management
  • Proactively engage and acquire clients through multiple channels including branch interactions, referrals, and events
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalised service
  • Identify opportunities to expand client portfolio while ensuring a consultative and ethical approach
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through effective pipeline management
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver high standards of customer experience throughout the entire engagement journey
  • Salary & Benefits
  • Basic salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

✅ Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of sales experience within the banking or financial services industry
  • Candidates with bancassurance or insurance sales experience will have an added advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven with the ability to perform in a target-oriented environment
  • Good time management and ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley for client engagement and branch activities
