  • Set digital marketing objectives (brand awareness, leads, sales).
  • Plan monthly/quarterly campaigns aligned with business goals.

  1. Content Planning & Creation
  • Brainstorm content ideas (ads, social media, blog, email).
  • Coordinate with designer and copywriter for creative assets.
  • Write ad copies, captions, email content, and landing page text.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand tone and messaging.
  1. Campaign Execution
  • Set up and run ads on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
  • LinkedIn / TikTok (if relevant)
  • Schedule posts on social media platforms.
  • Launch email marketing campaigns.
  1. Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track performance using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Campaign dashboards
  • Analyze metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing (ad creatives, audiences, landing pages).
  • Optimize budget and targeting based on data.

  • Capture leads from ads, website, or landing pages.
  • Update and track leads in CRM or Excel.
  • Segment leads for follow-up or remarketing.
  • Coordinate with sales team for conversion follow-up.
  1. Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze data for traffic, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Present insights and campaign summary to manager.
  • Recommend future improvements.
  1. Learning & Trend Updates
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes.
  • Explore new digital tools, features, and channels.
  • Attend training/webinars for digital marketing skills.
  • Share new ideas for campaign improvement.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong digital knowledge are also encouraged to apply (optional).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Content and Video Editing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
