- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing channels
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and email platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for digital trends.
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, or Shopify is a plus.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Canva
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve website rankings and search visibility.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the audience.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional blasts.
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce compelling visuals and copy.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in content creation for blogs, websites, and social platforms when necessary.
