We are looking for an Admin & Operations Executive to join our Projects Team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable working afternoons, evenings, and selected weekends based on programme schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor online tutorial and mentorship sessions
  • Track student attendance and engagement
  • Generate operational and attendance reports
  • Coordinate communications with students and schools
  • Manage schedules, trackers, and deployment sheets
  • Support tutors, mentors, and project leads
  • Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools
Requirements
  • Diploma / SPM with minimum 5 years relevant experience, OR
  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Strong command of Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience in admin / operations / education support roles
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable using AI tools
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid

  • Weekend support required based on project needs

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in:

  • Tuition / training operations

  • Student engagement support
