Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• At least two years of experience in a purchasing position.
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory, and supply management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to read and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Basic knowledge in Safe Food Handling, GMP, HACCP or ISO 22000 and HALAL
• Monitoring stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Monitoring the stock balance to avoid overstock and to ensure FIFO applies
• Liaise with supplier in ensuring all the raw material and packaging used in production line are the best quality and following food standard.
• Initiate continuous development of the company and take appropriate action to task.
• Highlight all food safety issues to supplier and update feedback received from supplier to FSTL and management as when IT is arisen.
• Ensure area of responsibility and implements good GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000:2005 policies, standard operating procedure, work instruction effectively.
• Any other jobs assigned by superior.
• Work Monday - Friday ( 8am-5pm)
