Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or material planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials to meet production needs
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best terms (price, quality, lead time)
• Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts
• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and other departments to align material planning with production schedules
• Handle documentation related to purchasing and import activities
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies
• Conduct regular market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and material status for management review

Overtime pay and allowances will be provided separately for additional working hours.
