Technical Support Engineer

• Familiarity with application monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Solid understanding of web, mobile applications, and backend systems.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing server and application logs.
• Basic programming skills are necessary.
• Hands-on experience in Windows/Linux/macOS environments.

• Experience with AWS Cloud is desirable.

Application Troubleshooting:

• Swiftly diagnose and resolve technical issues within applications.
• Collaborate with end-users to comprehend and address reported problems effectively.

Documentation and Maintenance:

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of operational application systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Conduct comprehensive research, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support protocols.

Incident Management:

• Efficiently manage and prioritize incidents for timely resolution with minimal operational impact.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
