Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our research and development team. Thus, we are looking for a Project Management Engineering Intern to join our talented team. Responsibilities include:

• Work as Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator on assisting the Project Manager in managing procurement processes and documentation
• Prepare and review purchase orders, variance order, delivery order ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track and monitor procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Assist in the creation of project reports, meeting minutes, and progress update materials.

• Provide ad hoc assistance to the Technical Support Engineer in handling client support tickets.
• Triage incoming support tickets, ensuring they are categorized and prioritized appropriately.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Engineer to resolve issues and close tickets in a timely manner.

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant qualifications in Project Management, but preferably Software Engineer, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess knowledge in Mechatronics and/or electrical and wiring.
• Possess basic knowledge in OS, preferably Linux and IP networking.
• Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player, and able to motivate others

• Possess own transport and the ability to travel independently
• Willingness to travel and able to commute to site visits.
