Senior Operations Executive

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in operations or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and lead initiatives effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support management in strategic planning and execution.
