Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field
- 1–2 years of working experience in admin & accounting is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and office coordination* Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
- Prepare simple reports and summaries for monthly accounts
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients regarding invoices and payments
- Yearly Bonus base on performance.
