Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related industry is required for this position
- Good command of the English Language, knowledge of additional language would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in operate and maintain all the coffee-brewing equipment will be an advantage
- Candidate must be willing to work in Cheras.
- Responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Café. This includes the following tasks:
- Oversee and take accountability for maintaining operational excellence in all facets of cafeteria management (staffing, product quality, sales, collection and etc)
- Lead the team to deliver high quality service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and individual growth
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulation and compliance with health regulation
- Manage costs effectively, including purchasing and inventory control
- Implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce wastage
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members, contributing to overall performance improvement
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and present to the Management
- In-charge of vending machine (product replenish, product expiry, machine maintenance and etc)
- Any others tasks assigned by Management from time to time
