- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including ads, promotions, and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the Client Servicing Team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of client campaigns.
- Conduct research and gather data to support campaign planning and decision-making processes.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support in the preparation of client reports and presentations, summarizing campaign results and key findings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as content and creative departments, to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials aligned with client objectives.
- Help maintain and update client communication channels, including email correspondence and project management systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in digital marketing techniques to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms, such as social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
