Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of software development experience in Fintech, banking systems, payment gateways, or high-transaction platforms.
- Strong proficiency in .NET, React JS, Java, React Native, NodeJS, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Solid experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data protection.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software design patterns.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web and mobile applications in a Fintech environment.
- Architect and implement robust solutions using .NET and React JS (web), and Java and React Native (mobile).
- Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and reliability of systems, particularly for high-volume transaction processing.
- Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrations with payment gateways, e-wallets, and third-party financial systems.
- Drive system architecture decisions, including microservices, cloud infrastructure, and database design.
- Lead application deployment, CI/CD processes, and security reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS awareness is a plus).
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
