System Analyst – Software Development (MT)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or in similar roles within software development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modeling tools and techniques such as UML, BPMN, and ERD.
- Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and programming concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Assess existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Partner with software developers to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with user needs.
- Create system diagrams, data flowcharts, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Contribute to project planning, including time and resource estimation.
- Coordinate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of new systems or enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions where applicable.
